Married At First Sight viewers got much more than they bargained for during Tuesday night’s episode.

A teaser trailer for extreme plastic surgery show Botched screened during the episode, leaving many MAFS fans gobsmacked.

Viewers flocked to Twitter after seeing the ad, which featured a woman with self-inflatable boobs.

‘Oh grouse botched blow up boobs is next,’ tweeted one person, while another disbelieving viewer added, ‘Anyone else see some big a titties during the break…?’ 

‘Botched looks good. Finally some normal people,’ tweeted another viewer, taking an obvious swipe at MAFS.

Others took aim at MAFS groom Sam Carraro after the serious construction worker struggled to find common ground with vivacious bride Coco Stedman.

‘We need some Blow Up Boobs on #MAFS. For Sam,’ tweeted one viewer, while another wrote, ‘The boobs on that chick have more personality than Sam’.

And some were just straight-up shocked by the footage that had been shown on their TV screens.

Despite each breast being the the size of a basketball, the woman on Botched claimed she wanted to go even bigger.

‘I want a little bit more,’ she told the show’s stunned plastic surgeons in an ad for the episode, which was set to air after MAFS.
