After the break, things picked up with Omega doing a dive over the top onto Mox at ringside. Back in the ring, Mox surprised Omega with the Paradigm Shift but he didn’t go for the pin. Instead, he grabbed two chairs and brought them in the ring. The chairs were used for them to sit as Mox dared Omega to hit him. Referees and Don Callis ran down to ringside to check on Omega as the announcers pointed out that Omega hit the side of his head but Mox did not want the match to end so he forced Omega into the ring. Callis grabbed a mic and pleaded with the ref to acknowledge that Omega is hurt. Mox shoved Callis and Omega grabbed the mic and hit Mox with it. The mic shot busted Moxley open.

Mox hit several v-triggers and a knee to the back and another while Mox was in the corner. Omega followed with the One Winged Angel to win the title.

Omega and Callis quickly left the arena and wrestlers and staff were seen looking very upset by all of this. Callis said that Omega and Callis will tell everyone what just went down this Tuesday night on Impact Wrestling on AXS TV.
